This article details the conflict of copyright work and streaming services. Which can be a situation that is poorly handled, and can make or break a company. This becomes the problem with most streaming services, where artists claim they are not being properly paid for royalties on their work, or they aren't being represented fairly.
The author of this work was easy to find, and there was contact information available as well as a biography for the author. This news source is a credible source as it is listed on Forbes.com which is a highly acclaimed news outlet for many things.

I find it very interesting to learn how the music sound charts worked. I did not know that so much work went into calculating this numbers. I agree that they should take into account each new service that consumers are streaming music from. This is a credible source. We know the artist and we can choose from more big topics just like this one directly from the website.
