Thought Tuesday: You can never praise people too much. Praise is not just a response to great performance; it is a cause of it. If you withhold praise for good behaviors for fear that an employee will become complacent, over time you will see fewer of these behaviors. On the flip side, the more you praise a certain behavior, the more of that behavior you will get.
