Solid advice on building an executive resume that gets noticed in the hiring process. Most resumes I look at as an executive recruiter (150-200 a week) are horrific and get less than a 10 second review.
You must stop thinking as a job seeker and start thinking like a marketing guru. How do you "toot" your own horn, convey your value, and show your personality in a 2 page document?
